We currently ship products to Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK

Once your order is received, we will begin processing it as soon as possible. All orders will be processed within 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Bank holidays). Please note that during our annual leave, orders will not be processed until we return.

Customs Fees

Ireland and Northern Ireland: There are no customs fees or import taxes for orders shipped within Ireland and Northern Ireland.

UK: Orders shipped to the UK may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other charges. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Rerurns Policy
At Curl Hut, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have changed your mind or are dissatisfied with a product, our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process hassle-free. We believe in building trust and confidence, so you can shop with peace of mind knowing that we've got you covered.
Items must be returned within 28 days from the date you receive it.

Shipping Disruptions
Sometimes there are shipping delays are unavoidable, this is where we will inform you of upcoming shipping delays due to personal time off for some of our key staff members.

- From October 30th to November 4th, there will be delays in processing and shipping orders. We are committed to minimizing disruption and have taken measures to ensure that any delays are as short as possible.
What to Expect

Orders placed between 9am on the 30th October and 3rd November will not be shipped until we return to work on November 4th.

Customer support response times will be longer during this period.

Normal shipping and processing times will resume on November 4th.

- There will be no orders shipped on the 18th or 19th of December.
